Job Description

Reporting to Executive Leadership, the Senior Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of a major mission-critical construction project from mobilization through final closeout. The Senior Project Manager will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of project execution while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance objectives are achieved.

  • Lead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction support through closeout
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, forecasting, and profitability
  • Direct Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, buyout activities, and scope management
  • Manage project financials including cost controls, billing, forecasting, and contingency planning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop project management staff while driving operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical Construction we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects
  • Data center construction experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record managing complex ground-up projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, contracts, and risk management
  • Experience leading high-performing project teams and mentoring developing talent
  • Proficiency with construction management platforms, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and client relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
