Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee projects across light industrial, data centers, federal, and cold storage sectors
  • Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and cost controls
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and clients
  • Ensure compliance with federal requirements, safety regulations, and technical specifications
  • Manage procurement, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Drive schedule performance on fast-track, technically complex projects
  • Identify risks early and implement solutions to maintain project success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following: light industrial, data centers, federal, or cold storage projects
  • Familiarity with mission-critical systems, regulated environments, or temperature-controlled facilities preferred
  • Experience managing complex MEP coordination and technical scopes
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control processes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
