Their portfolio includes both new construction and renovation projects for some of the region's most recognizable organizations.With a strong backlog of negotiated work and repeat clients, this organization offers stability, career growth, and the opportunity to manage challenging, high-impact projects.Job DescriptionProject Leadership & ExecutionManage projects from preconstruction through final completion.Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Coordinate all project stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Financial ManagementMonitor project costs, forecasts, and profitability.Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and billing.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Travel & Client ManagementTravel extensively throughout the Southeast to oversee active projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.Conduct project meetings, progress reviews, and executive updates.Serve as the primary client contact throughout project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
