Job Description



Project Leadership & Execution

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Coordinate all project stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.



Financial Management

  • Monitor project costs, forecasts, and profitability.
  • Manage contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and billing.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.



Travel & Client Management

  • Travel extensively throughout the Southeast to oversee active projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct project meetings, progress reviews, and executive updates.
  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout project execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-12+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or specialty construction projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Southeastern United States.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:
    • Manufacturing facilities
    • Food & beverage construction
    • Industrial/process facilities
    • Design-build project delivery
    • MEP-intensive projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar software.

  • Base Salary: $110,000 - $145,000
  • Total Compensation: $125,000 - $175,000+
  • Annual Bonus: Performance-based incentives
