Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project locations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and ensure their timely delivery to project sites.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

A successful Traveling Project Manager should have:

  • Experience using Procore and MS Office
  • Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.

  • Willingness to travel across the nation frequently to various project sites.
