Job Description

The QA/QC Engineer will report to project leadership and be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance and quality control processes throughout the data center construction lifecycle.

  • Develop and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans and procedures
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
  • Track deficiencies, corrective actions, punch lists, and closeout documentation
  • Coordinate quality activities with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners
  • Review submittals, commissioning documentation, and turnover packages
  • Maintain quality records and project reporting processes
  • Support commissioning, startup, and project handover activities

The Successful Applicant

For the QA/QC Engineer we are seeking:

  • Experience in QA/QC, Quality Engineering, Commissioning, Field Engineering, or Construction Quality Management
  • Previous experience supporting mission critical, data center, industrial, or large commercial construction projects
  • Understanding of mechanical, HVAC, piping, plumbing, and building systems preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills
  • Experience with construction management software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
