Job Description

As the Scheduling Manager, you will report directly to senior project leadership and act as the scheduling authority on active projects.

  • Lead the development of baseline, update, and recovery schedules using Critical Path Methodology
  • Partner with project managers, field teams, owners, and subcontractors to maintain accurate and realistic timelines
  • Analyse schedule risks, delivery impacts, time extensions, and potential claims
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly schedule updates, narratives, and critical path reports
  • Monitor progress and evaluate schedule, budget, and resource variances
  • Support preconstruction teams with proposal and baseline schedules
  • Utilise Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to track and document schedule performance

The Successful Applicant

For the Scheduling Manager, we are seeking:

  • 3-5+ years of commercial construction scheduling experience
  • Background in industrial, manufacturing, data center, or life sciences projects strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent scheduling experience
  • Expert‑level experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and field operations
  • Confident communicator able to work across project teams and with clients
