Job Description

As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects within the data center market while overseeing project teams, budgets, schedules, safety, and client relationships.

  • Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead project teams to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are achieved
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, engineers, and key stakeholders
  • Oversee procurement, subcontract management, forecasting, change orders, and financial performance
  • Drive quality assurance, quality control, and project execution planning strategies
  • Mentor and develop project managers and field leadership teams
  • Support business growth initiatives through client engagement and relationship building

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Project Manager we are seeking:

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience within mechanical construction, HVAC, piping, plumbing, or related disciplines
  • Previous experience delivering data center projects or other mission-critical facilities
  • Strong mechanical contracting expertise with a deep understanding of construction operations
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, project schedules, budgets, and project teams
  • Experience reviewing contracts, managing procurement activities, and administering change orders
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent industry experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively and relocate between project assignments as needed
