This Senior Project Manager role combines project leadership, financial accountability, team development, and client relationship management.Lead and manage one or multiple mechanical construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource strategies to meet client expectations and business objectives.Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and field leadership teams.Oversee project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, contract compliance, and profitability.Support pre-construction efforts through contract reviews, project planning, and collaboration with estimating teams.Mentor and develop Project Managers and project staff, building leadership capability across the organization.Drive a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout all project activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
