Traveling Sr Project Manager - Data Center

The Senior Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and will oversee the successful delivery of multiple mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This Senior Project Manager role combines project leadership, financial accountability, team development, and client relationship management.

• Lead and manage one or multiple mechanical construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource strategies to meet client expectations and business objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and field leadership teams.
• Oversee project financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, contract compliance, and profitability.
• Support pre-construction efforts through contract reviews, project planning, and collaboration with estimating teams.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and project staff, building leadership capability across the organization.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout all project activities.
