Job Description

  • Lead commercial interior build-out projects from start to finish
  • Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules
  • Coordinate site logistics, safety, quality, and client communication
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Travel to project sites across the Southeast and nationwide as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Traveling Superintendent | Build Outs' should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Background in commercial interiors, tenant improvements, industrial, warehouse, or distribution projects
  • Experience managing multiple trades and fast-track schedules
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Procore and scheduling software experience preferred
