• Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure construction progress aligns with project goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly adhered to on-site.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient use of materials and labor.
• Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee quality control and address any potential issues proactively.
• Coordinate and lead on-site meetings with teams to discuss progress and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and subcontractors.
