• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain smooth workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones and challenges.
• Manage materials and resources to ensure optimal usage and minimal waste.
