Job Description

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will report directly to a General Superintendent and play a critical role in delivering nationwide retail construction projects.

Lead on‑site execution of ground‑up and renovation retail projects
Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality standards
Coordinate daily site activities to keep projects on programme and within scope
Act as the senior on‑site representative with clients and inspectors
Proactively identify and resolve construction and scheduling issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

The Successful Applicant

For the Traveling Superintendent role, we are seeking:

Proven experience delivering retail construction projects
Strong on‑site leadership with the ability to manage multiple trades
Willingness and ability to travel nationally for project assignments
Solid construction fundamentals across scheduling, quality, and safety
Experience in healthcare or medical construction is advantageous but not essential
A self‑starter mentality suited to a lean, high‑trust environment
