Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage trial logistics, ensuring all processes run efficiently.
  • Ability to travel 50% depending on schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trial activities.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on trial schedules and requirements.
  • Prepare and organize trial-related materials and resources as needed.
  • Monitor timelines and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Identify and resolve any logistical issues promptly to avoid disruptions.
  • Assist with additional trial-related tasks and projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trial Logistics Coordinator should have:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience with going to trial or trial logistics.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all trial-related activities.
  • Ability to identify and resolve logistical challenges proactively.
  • Familiarity with trial logistics or related processes is a plus.
