Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for trial operations, ensuring timely delivery of all materials and resources.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% depending on schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for trial activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on trial schedules and requirements.
  • Monitor and track trial progress, identifying and resolving any logistical challenges that arise.
  • Prepare and distribute trial-related materials as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on trial logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trial Logistics Coordinator should have:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience with going to trial or trial logistics.
  • Experience with logistics and coordination in a business services environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for tracking and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing responsibilities.
