The Underwriter will assess, review, and evaluate financial documents to determine risk and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role is critical in supporting the Banking & Financial Services department by providing accurate and timely underwriting decisions.

Job Description

  • Review and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents.
  • Evaluate risk factors and make sound underwriting decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and summaries of underwriting decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Provide recommendations to improve underwriting procedures.
