Job Description

  • Develop and execute a U.S. sales strategy focused on retail accounts
  • Prospect, open, and grow relationships with retail brands across multiple verticals
  • Represent a premium, high-quality product line tailored to retail environments
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently, from outreach through close
  • Act as the voice of the U.S. market internally, providing insight and feedback to leadership
  • Build a strong foundation for long-term growth in North America

The Successful Applicant

A successful US Sales Executive should have:

  • Proven experience selling retail packaging (paper bags strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in autonomous, self-directed sales roles
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a market from scratch
  • Comfortable operating as the first and sole U.S. sales representative
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Experience selling premium or sustainable packaging products is a plus
