Job Description

The VDC Project Manager will report into the Virtual Design and Construction leadership team and will be responsible for driving BIM execution, project coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple projects.

  • Manage project-level BIM execution plans, schedules, coordination efforts, and model deliverables
  • Lead and facilitate 3D spatial coordination activities across project stakeholders
  • Support project teams and VDC personnel on BIM-enabled projects
  • Develop and maintain high-quality BIM content and standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and digital construction practices
  • Mentor junior VDC team members and assist with team development initiatives
  • Maintain awareness of emerging VDC technologies, trends, and best practices

The Successful Applicant

For the VDC Project Manager we are seeking:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Approximately 2-5 years of experience in VDC, BIM, construction technology, or field operations
  • Experience supporting construction projects through Virtual Design and Construction methodologies
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM technologies
  • Understanding of construction processes, project delivery, and coordination workflows
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
  • Passion for leveraging technology and 3D data to improve project delivery
