Job Description

Reporting into the President of the company, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead and manage all operational functions across multiple sites, ensuring service delivery meets performance, safety, and compliance standards
  • Drive operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives, cost management, and KPI tracking
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to support growth, scalability, and service quality
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management for operations teams
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership to align operations with commercial and organizational goals
  • Implement systems, tools, and reporting structures to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for margin improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
  • Lead change management initiatives and support business transformation projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong track record of managing multi-site operations and leading large, diverse teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational improvements, cost efficiencies, and service excellence
  • Deep understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements within operational environments
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and deliver measurable results
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience implementing KPIs and performance metrics
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on continuous improvement
