VP or Director of Acquistions/Originations - Hotels

• Identify and evaluate hotel investment opportunities in line with the company's strategic goals.
• Lead the due diligence process, including financial analysis and risk assessment for acquisitions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, and other key stakeholders in the property industry.
• Oversee the preparation of investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint ventures, and other investment-related contracts.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and alignment with company objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance.
