Job Description

  • Prepare, format, and edit legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for document preparation.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with legal team members to ensure proper document handling and storage.
  • Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed.
  • Utilize word processing software to create and modify complex legal documents.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Word Processor should have:
