Job Description

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Workday systems to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into system solutions.
  • Ensure the integration of Workday with other internal and third-party systems.
  • Develop and execute system configuration, testing, and deployment plans.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues.
  • Stay updated on Workday updates and enhancements to optimize system performance.
  • Train and mentor team members on Workday tools and best practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

Must Haves:

  • Extensive experience in Workday Financials, particularly these modules:
    • Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts, Business Assets, Expenses (T&E), Financial Close in the General Ledger, Project Accounting & Billing, Procurement, Banking & Settlement
  • Experience creating Workday Strategy Roadmaps and ability to get hands on in module configuration
  • Senior stakeholder collaboration
