Job Description

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through close‑out
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contract terms
  • Review and manage change orders, risk, and project documentation
  • Provide regular reporting on project progress and financial performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction management processes, scheduling, and cost control
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex project scopes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
