Water/Wastewater Project Manager - Sacramento, CA

• The Project Manager will be expected to manage and control all aspects of delivering complex municipal water & wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage staff like inspectors, schedulers, estimators, and site safety personnel. Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, with an expected average composite value up to $25mil.

Coordinate and supervise all construction activities while directing all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.

Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall estimated cost of the project. This department is skilled with quantity take off and conceptual estimating. They gain experience in architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil work.
