I'm partnered with the Owners at a multi-million dollar consumer goods company located in Culver City, CA. They are now seeking a Director of Accounting & Finance to join the growing team due to the continued growth of the business.

Reporting into the CEO with support from the current leadership team, you will have ownership of the accounting and finance function for the Culver City office and cross collaboration with the other office in Compton, CA. This is a 50/50 blended role of Accounting & Finance, managing the month-end close and forecasting/budgeting process, while leading a team of 5-6 Accountants. As the Director of Accounting and Finance, you will also drive key process improvements to create efficiencies within the organization involving month-end, forecasting/budgeting, costing methodologies, and more.
