Our client is a GC who's portfolio consists of more than a billion in completed construction projects with a STRONG focus on the Commercial and Retail sector. They have been in business for over 75 years and continue to project enormous growth in 2026 and into 2027. They are specifically looking for a PM to develop in to a SPM role over the next couple years while they continue to expand.

The Superintendent will lead on-site operations for retail construction projects, including interior build-outs, renovations, and select ground-up developments. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage tight deadlines, and understands the importance of delivering projects on time to meet store opening schedules. The Superintendent will play a critical role in coordinating trades and ensuring project execution.
