The Director of HR Operations will oversee all day-to-day HR operations with a particular focus on ensuring smooth functioning of the 24/7 facility. This role reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will manage a team of three direct reports. You will manage construction projects from concept through final acceptance/warranty period. Project Manager will take full management responsibility for smaller sized projects (under $5 MM) and partial project responsibilities for larger-sized projects (over $5 MM).
Create and execute project preplanning activities with subcontractors. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.
The HR Manager will build out the HR department from the ground up. They will roll out processes and procedures around employee relations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, and more. The HR Manager will report into the CEO and will be very interactive with C-Suite.
