A leading media company is seeking an Temporary Administrative Assistant to support Executive Directors and additional employees in their Lower Manhattan Office from July 2022 to December 2022. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience working in an administrative role. This role is on-site located in the Financial District and candidates must be fully vaccinated to be considered.

- Must be able to commute to the Financial District
Pick up on assignments that have been left open while taking on new projects. Will be primarily remote to start then convert 2 -3 days in office
- Join a small team at a growing Media Company within their legal team.
- Must be able to commute to FIDI
Must have experience managing a complicated and ever changing schedule. Open to feedback and criticism to improve overall performance.
- Seeking an organized Executive Assistant who can calendar and facilitate events.
- Must have previous Executive Assistant experience supporting C-Level Execs.
