This is a high-impact leadership role for a Production Manager to oversee daily operations across machining and assembly within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Managing 5 supervisors and over 50 production staff, you'll be responsible for driving performance, implementing lean practices, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. There are 20 manufacturing sites across NA and 15 innovation labs that are constantly developing new products within the food commodities space. This client's customer base is in well-known stores such as Costco, Walmart, Aldi, etc. and they partner with large CPG companies such as Pepsi, Mars, Kraft, etc. They are now seeking to bring on an Accountant to their growing team.

Reporting directly into the Finance Manager/Plant Controller with tons of communication and support from the VP of Finance, the Accountant will assist with the month-end close processes and gain tons of exposure to other areas of the Accounting & Finance function. They are wanting to offer tons of mentorship and training to this individual as you will have a fast career progression to move up within their organization.
