• Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships and communication with client, Construction Manager, project team, consultants/architect/engineers, subcontractors, adjacent community, trade unions, governmental agencies.

• Estimate from both concept designs and complete designs
• Assist design team with budgetary pricing at various stages in design development

Own a key role on $20M+ industrial and commercial projects, working alongside experienced PMs and Superintendents to drive projects from preconstruction through completion. Own the field from groundbreaking through final turnover, driving schedule, subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and QA/QC while keeping complex builds moving at full speed. Work hand-in-hand with the PM and project team to lead the jobsite, solve problems in real time, and deliver high-quality projects on schedule and on budget.
