The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and financial performance of mid-rise multifamily construction projects. Working closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, clients, architects, and internal leadership, the PM will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Develop and manage relationships with commercial building owners, property managers, facility directors, and end users throughout the Greater Boston market.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for HVAC service agreements, equipment replacements, retrofits, controls upgrades, and energy-efficiency projects.
