As a Construction Superintendent for our client, you will be responsible for overseeing projects ranging from $3M to $50M+ in size. Additional responsibilities include selection of vendors and subcontractors, meeting with owners/architects/engineers and other stake holders, develop project schedule, assist with estimating, work with Project Managers on project timeline, travel to the job site often to check on progress, etc.
