Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules. Document on-site activities in the daily report, including verbal directives, delays, progress photos, weather conditions and on-site manpower.

Responsible for overseeing all on-site concrete operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. The role involves managing crews, coordinating with project managers and engineers, supervising concrete placement and formwork, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all work meets project specifications.
