This individual will report directly to the VP of Acquisitions and be an integral part of the team. This Acquisition/ Investment analyst is responsible for underwriting, identifying new opportunities, doing due diligence, conducting market research, and conducting analysis.

Responsible for assessing project costs by reviewing plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to create accurate and competitive estimates. This role involves coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining project scope and quality standards.

The Traveling Superintendent will oversee construction projects across Southeast USA, ensuring all works are completed on time and to the highest standards. With a focus on business services, the successful candidate will have experience in managing construction projects and teams.
