Mid-size General Contractor, based in Raleigh, is looking for a Lead Superintendent to join their team! Upcoming projects in NC/ SC.Focus on Commercial & retail projects, ranging from $5M-$15M with a mix of new construction & renovation work.Although they're a smaller firm, they take on high profile projects - gain hands on experience & have ability to take initiative in your role!
The Superintendent will oversee construction projects in the property industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate with teams and manage onsite activities to deliver successful project outcomes in Rochester.
The role of Superintendent is to oversee, coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities, including safety, logistics, schedule, day to day trade activities, document management, meetings, compliance, completion and turnover. As well the Superintendent shall assist the Project Manager in the construction activities.
The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role involves managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining safety compliance on-site in Lake Placid.
The Superintendent will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and vendors while ensuring projects are built safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
