The Staff Accountant will play a key role in the organization's day-to-day financial operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and Payroll. This individual will ensure timely processing of vendor payments, maintain payroll records, and support the broader finance team with reconciliations and reporting.

My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team at a fast-paced, innovative technology company. This role will support the month-end close process, perform general ledger accounting, and assist with financial reporting and analysis.

This candidate will assist with the month-end close process, prepare journal entries, and maintain accurate general ledger records. They will also support financial reporting, perform account reconciliations, and help ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

We are seeking a Staff/Senior Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance department in the fast-paced logistics and storage industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations through the GL. Assisting with month end, quarter end and year end close.

The holding company has over 100 businesses and 12 different groups, with this division in particular being in huge growth mode. They are now seeking a Controller to join the growing team due to an internal promotion.

Reporting into the President with support from the parent company, you will have ownership of the accounting and finance function for the Illinois location. This is a 50/50 blended role of Accounting & Finance, managing the month-end close and forecasting/budgeting process, while leading a team of 2 Staff Accountants. As the Controller, you will also drive key process improvements to create efficiencies within the organization involving month-end, forecasting/budgeting, system implementations, and more.

This is a 50/50 blended role of Accounting & Finance and there will be 25% domestic travel to the non-local location, while leading a team of 2 Staff Accountants once acclimated.
