This role leads field operations on industrial construction projects across the Southeast, overseeing subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedule from mobilization through closeout. As the Lead Superintendent, you'll provide on-site leadership, mentor field teams, and partner closely with project management to deliver complex work efficiently while traveling regionally.

This position leads concrete crews in daily field operations, overseeing scheduling, productivity, safety, and quality for commercial and infrastructure projects.
