The foreman works closely with superintendents and project managers to coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower while ensuring concrete work is completed to specifications and deadlines.

The Site Foreman supervises field crews and ensures efficienty of manpower. You will oversee carpenters, finishers, operators, and other essential personnel with regards to Concrete projects across the Birmingham area. You will report only to the Division Manager and General Superintendent.
