Job Description

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the office
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Support ad‑hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations

A successful Administrative Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Bilingual (spoken and written) is strongly preferred
