Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end process of client order instructions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transaction processing.
  • Monitor and track client orders to ensure they are executed in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to order management and provide exceptional service.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of client transactions and communications.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate potential risks in order management processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as required by management.
