Our client is recruiting for a role in the residential building and construction industry based in Manhattan.

Job Description

  • Support senior project managers in planning and executing construction projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, schedules, and project reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with all parties involved in the project.
  • Track project expenses and manage documentation.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support as needed.
