Our client is hiring in the luxury residential building and construction industry, based in Manhattan.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets to maintain alignment with plans.
  • Prepare and review documentation, including contracts and progress reports.
  • Identify and resolve project issues to avoid delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Support senior project managers with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Maintain clear communication with all project participants.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan should have:

  • 1-3 years of high end residential experience.
  • Shows ability to support PMs w/ RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Requisitions, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Software: MS Office, MS Project, Procore
  • Experience with construction project coordination.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency with project management software.
