Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Project Manager across multiple projects ranging from $1M-$20M in value
  • Managing full document control including submittals, RFIs and project documentation
  • Actively coordinating with subcontractors via phone and in‑person communication
  • Assisting with cost tracking, change orders and financial documentation
  • Leading portions of OAC meetings and contributing to project planning discussions
  • Supporting estimating efforts and assisting with pricing and scope reviews
  • Maintaining project data and workflows within Procore
  • Working across multiple fast‑paced interior projects simultaneously

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
  • Strong understanding of document control processes (RFIs, submittals, change orders)
  • Exposure to project financials, cost tracking and budget management
  • Proficiency with Procore (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
  • Motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal oversight
