Job Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of ground-up construction projects.
  • Support project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and report on milestones, risks, and potential delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Support the resolution of project-related issues and challenges proactively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Ground Up Construction should have:
