The company has a multi-billion-dollar presence with operations across the US, UK, and Asia.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute business development strategies to secure new client relationships.Open and cultivate 20+ new accounts annually, converting opportunities into long-term strategic partnerships.Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including CEOs, CSOs, R&D leaders, and outsourcing executives.Identify opportunities across drug discovery, development, and manufacturing services.Lead commercial discussions, presentations, and contract negotiations.Partner closely with scientific, operational, and leadership teams to align client needs with service capabilities.Conduct market analysis and evaluate growth opportunities within the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.Manage a consultative sales process from prospect identification through account expansion.Contribute to ambitious revenue and profitability growth objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
