Job Description

  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers
  • Execute personalised outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and manage inbound leads
  • Convert marketing-qualified leads into sales-ready opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and understand business challenges
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise pipeline generation
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly meeting/pipeline targets
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems (HubSpot)
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for North America expansion

The Successful Applicant

  • 2.5-3+ years of BDR/LDR or relevant sales experience (3+ years required if fully remote)
  • Proven ability to generate meetings and hit pipeline targets
  • Experience with outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Nooks, or Orum
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Self-starter with resilience, adaptability, and a goal-driven mindset
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions and engaging mid-to-senior level stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
