The organization offers a collaborative and team-oriented environment where employees are empowered to contribute meaningfully, develop professionally, and build long-term careers.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Assist with the timely and accurate preparation, review, and distribution of client invoices.Support the day-to-day billing operations and help maintain billing accuracy and efficiency.Ensure billing procedures, controls, and client-specific requirements are followed.Serve as a point of contact for billing inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Resolve invoice discrepancies and assist with complex billing requests.Coordinate write-offs, billing adjustments, and other revenue-related activities.Support month-end and year-end close processes.Generate and distribute billing reports for management and stakeholders.Maintain billing records and ensure data integrity within financial systems.Assist with audits, account setup processes, and other administrative accounting functions as needed.Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to support overall revenue objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
