Job Description

  • Generate and review client invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients for payment collection as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports related to billing and revenue.
  • Support the legal department with billing inquiries and provide detailed explanations when required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and implement best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to billing and invoicing.
