Job Description

  • Prepare and maintain accurate client reports and financial statements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient reporting processes.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of reporting tools and processes.
  • Respond to client inquiries related to reports and data in a professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all client-related information.
  • Provide support to the banking and financial services department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Reporting Associate should have:

  • Candidate MUST be able to go into Princeton office atleast once a week
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • An understanding of financial services and banking operations.
