Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsA repeat client of ours is looking for a Compensation Manager.Ideally 5+ years of experience supporting sales compensation within software.About Our ClientOur client is a high-growth global technology company serving hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.Job DescriptionOwn compensation benchmarking and market pricing across Sales and Revenue functions.Develop and maintain competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) frameworks, salary ranges, and pay structures.Define and evaluate pay mix strategies and compensation guardrails aligned with company philosophy.Ensure internal equity across roles, levels, regions, and business segments.Partner closely with Revenue Operations to assess OTE positioning and compensation competitiveness.Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, promotions, and new role creation.Develop compensation models and analyses to support organizational growth and workforce planning.Maintain compensation governance, documentation, and policy standards.Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and executive leadership on compensation-related initiatives.Present compensation insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
