Job Description

  • Draft and review corporate documents, including resolutions, agreements, and filings.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate governance documents with regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain and organize corporate records and legal documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage transactions, including due diligence and closing processes.
  • Conduct legal research and provide summaries to support the legal team.
  • Assist with compliance matters and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the legal department's operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Paralegal should have:

  • Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation.
  • Proficiency in managing transactions and supporting due diligence processes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
