With multiple near term clinical and regulatory milestones and a transition toward commercialization underway, the company is entering a critical phase of growth requiring enhanced engagement with the global investment community.Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Investor Relations will hold a highly visible and execution focused role during a pivotal period in the company evolution. This individual will be responsible for shaping and delivering a clear and differentiated investment narrative by translating complex scientific, clinical, and regulatory data into compelling messaging for institutional investors and sell side analysts. The role will act as a close partner to the CEO and CFO and will lead the full execution of the investor relations strategy. Main duties and responsibilities will include the following:Partner with the CEO and CFO to define and implement the investor relations strategyServe as a primary point of contact for institutional investors, sell side analysts, and shareholdersOwn and continuously refine the investment thesis and equity storyLead day to day IR execution including earnings preparation, investor presentations, Q&A preparation, conferences, roadshows, and investor targetingTranslate preclinical and clinical data, mechanisms of action, trial endpoints, statistical outcomes, safety profiles, and competitive positioning into clear investor focused messagingSupport investor communications surrounding clinical readouts and regulatory milestones including submissions, advisory committees, and approvalsDraft and coordinate scientific and financial content for investor decks, press releases, scripts, and IR website materials in alignment with finance, legal, and communications teamsBuild and maintain long term relationships with leading biotechnology investors and analystsMonitor peer companies, competitive landscape, clinical developments, regulatory changes, and sector trendsTrack analyst models, consensus expectations, and key valuation drivers, providing actionable insights to senior leadershipEnsure all external communications comply with SEC and disclosure requirements including support for earnings releases and public filingsMaintain ownership of IR infrastructure including website content, investor calendars, shareholder surveillance, and engagement analyticsSupport development of commercialization and launch related messaging in collaboration with commercial leadershipIntegrate scientific, clinical, financial, and commercial narratives into a cohesive and credible equity storyThis is a pivotal role which requires regular travel to Europe, +/- 50% of the time.
