Job Description

  • Analyze DE&I data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track DE&I metrics.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and other teams to implement data-driven strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support DE&I goals.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all DE&I reporting.
  • Support the development of policies and programs aligned with DE&I objectives.
  • Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders effectively.
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in DE&I data analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Analyst should have:

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and software.
  • Knowledge of DE&I principles and their application in the workplace.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • 2-5 years experience (required).
  • Bachelors degree (required).
